All Pro Service Center is very thorough, professional and very accomodating. I have no complaints! Ryan is very knowledgeable and he keeps his word and explains what he is doing and why!!
Ryan was really accommodating, when I realized I'd forgotten to pay with a 15% off debit card promotion, he stuck around after hours to allow me to drive home and back, and re-run the payment saving me roughly 250 dollars!!! Thank you Ryan!
I was a bit surprised to learn that the cost of diagnosing the issues, was not rolled into the cost of repairing them after deciding to go ahead and have the shop perform the work. Seems to me most other shops roll the cost together.
I thought Ryan was very helpful. He explained everything and informed of what was going on with my car during the whole process. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Went in for a simple oil change with $21.95 coupon. Work was performed quickly but they did not honor the coupon - weird becuase I have never had a problem in the past. Ryan was on vacation, must be his fault!
Ryan does a great job of not only diagnosing the problem with the vehicle but also in educating the client as to what the problem is and how it can be fixed.
I stoped in with the full intention of hanging out for a while why they looked over my car for an oil leak and then did an oil change. I had just broken out my laptop and started some work when they came back in and said they found the leak and would start the oil change right way. Then what seemed like minuets later they were done and my car was pulled right up to the front door. I will be going to All Pro Servicenter for all my car needs.
THESE GUYS HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB WITH ALL OF OUR VEHICLES. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, HONEST,& NEVER TRY TO SELL US SOMETHING WE DON'T NEED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

Pleasant, effecient interaction with their team. Filled me in on all components that were checked and suggested I need to look at replacing shocks. (Which I knew and plan to have the work done before end of year.)
Overall good experience. Had some headaches and delays due to miscommunication between my insurance agency and the service center. My only issue was of course the delays. I think they could have been sorted out in a more timely matter but the work done on my truck was excellent and the manager as well as the mechanics were friendly and to me that's more important than having to wait a couple of extra days.
