I discovered that I had a flat tire on my care at 11:30am this past Saturday morning, which was not the best timing for our family. I quickly used our compressor and put air in the tire...hoping that the All Pro Servicenter on Hubbell would still be open. I arrived at about 11:45am and discovered that they would be closing at noon. Without batting an eye, your team put my car in a bay, found the nail in the tire, and fixed it so that I could get on my way.
It probably would have been easier for the guys at All Pro to put me off until Monday but they took care of my need. I am thankful for their service and will definately recommend their servicenter to others.
i was told i needed a serpentine belt an that was a lie i took it to another mechanic an he said mine was brnd new so my mom is going to notify the better business bureau she is very upset about his matter an is filing a complaint against all pro we will never be back now the trust is lost forever
well they said i had a misfire on #8 and to replace all plugs and ignition coils would fix the problem well if they would take there time and actualy look at the situation they would have noticed that number 8 ignition coil was the only one that was off brand therefore showing that work was previously done on #8 to stop the misfire and it had gone bad again therefore showing that the problem was internal but thank you you for your overpriced 3rd rate job you did
New paint job and cleaning of ceiling vents was completed and looks very nice. Stopped in with no appointment on a Saturday to purchase a new tire and have them rotated for front end drive. Asked that they also check my oil level. I was in and out in a hour which was a plus however, they forgot to check the oil level.
My exhaust had a leak and was getting louder. As I was driving, I saw the All Pro sign and the sign on the building advertising they work on exhaust (cannot remember exact wording). So I stopped in. First impression was good. I explained to the front counter person what I thought the problem was and asked for an idea of how much it was to repair. The person at the counter was reluctant to do so without a tech getting the car on the lift. He explained to me it was very little cost to have the diagnostic done and would not be charged if I had it fixed. Boy was I glad I had them look at it. Not only was the flex portion of the exhaust bad, but I had a broke hanger and some of the heat shields were loose.
So after the shop supervisor explained to me that one of techs could stay a few minutes after 5:00 to get it done (if I chose to have it fixed now) I agreed to do so.
Even the tech who worked on it was professional and courteous!
I will be back, you can count on that!
Pleasant. Offered to explain what was wrong with my vehicle's front end. One must place full faith and trust in the management and mechanic. One thousand dollars is a lot of money. I hope Patrick stays in touch.
