All Pro Servicenter was started in 1991 by purchasing an existing auto repair business in Urbandale, Iowa. The business consisted of 5 bays, with 5 employees. Since then, we have grown to include 5 locations in the Des Moines area with 26 bays, and 24 employees. Our mission in 1991 was to become known for providing the highest quality and best value auto service in the area. Our mission has remained the same throughout the years regardless of our growth. We believe our growth has been a reflection of our commitment to our mission.
To illustrate our commitment to fair and honest conduct in the marketplace, we have been members of the Better Business Bureau since 1993 and subscribe to their Code of Ethics.

We have been affiliated as a NAPA AutoCare Center since 1995. We belong to the ASA, and have been members since 1993.
We have been an AAA approved Auto Repair facility since 2003 and participate in their Customer Satisfaction Index program. We have achieved a rating of 95% or better.
Our training for our managers and service writers includes policies and procedures that are customer-focused and rely on clear and honest communication with customers to provide the best possible service. Our procedures ensure contacting the customer before the repair is started with the proper diagnosis and estimates. We have procedures to ensure the quality of the repair with quality parts and supplies. We ensure the least invasive practice, and ensure minimal inconvenience to the customer.
